This technology, developed by our engineering team, is integrated into refrigerated display cases designed for the presentation of unpackaged fresh products, such as meat or fish, ensuring automatic, efficient, and safe cleaning.

The solution was designed to address the critical challenges of manual cleaning, ensuring complete sealing of the suction chamber, proper drainage and direction of washing liquids, and automatic cleaning through downward straight-line jets.

It also allows for simpler and more ergonomic manual intervention, reducing operator effort and the time dedicated to maintenance and hygiene tasks.
