New strategy for the future

Recently, JORDAO communicated to the entire organization the strategy and objectives that will guide the company in the upcoming years, a new mission, values, and key strategic pillars.

This great day was marked by the inspiring presence of Mrs. Alexandrina Jordão, who officially inaugurated the new Unit 2. The event provided a unique opportunity for all team members to connect, share experiences, and engage in team-building activities.
Notably, five creative murals inspired by the newly defined values were collaboratively painted. This collective effort strengthens our commitment to continual growth and organizational culture.
