- Preparation area with work tables equipped with sink and faucet;
- Chilled counters for fresh products conservation, for fresh fish and vegetables, with GN pans to facilitate preparation;
- Self Service refrigerated display for pre-packed sushi;
- Dry/ambient display for seasonings and complementary products;
- POS counter;
